- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure in the practice state
- Board certification in adult or family care specialties
- Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills
- Flexible scheduling with assessments available weekdays and weekends
