Role: Nuclear Medicine Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities: Collecting, preparing, and analyzing biologic specimens; ensuring radiation safety and equipment quality control; assisting in staff and student training; collaborating with other care departments; and performing routine to advanced procedures, including PET/CT and specialty exams.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program; certified (TM, CTNM, ARRT-N or NMTCB); California State License; BLS certification; minimum 3 years' experience for senior level, with additional CT certification and teaching skills; advanced experience in PET/CT and specialty procedures for principal level.
Skills: Ability to work safely in acute care, adapt to various shifts and locations, mentor staff, and perform complex imaging procedures independently. Preferred experience in acute care and additional certifications in CT and ACLS.
