Qualifications: minimum of 2 years of recent core lab experience in a large hospital setting, certification via ASCP, AMT, or AAB, and demonstrated ability to handle complex hematology tasks.
Skills required: laboratory skills in hematology, experience with Sysmex and CellaVision, and familiarity with managing challenging specimens. Prior experience in a busy hospital laboratory is essential for quick transition and effective performance.
