Educate partners on clinical services and identify new collaboration opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure follow-through and track outreach activities. Represent the organization professionally at community events and in the field.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven healthcare sales or business development experience with established referral networks. Strong understanding of referral-based healthcare sales. Ability to work independently, maintain relationships, and be organized and results-driven. Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, proficiency with CRM tools, and eligibility for W2 employment. This role involves fieldwork within the assigned territory. The position offers a competitive salary, commission, car allowance, and strong operational support.
