Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional marketing strategy tied to business growth
- Own pursuit marketing, proposals, and presentations
- Oversee property marketing campaigns
- Manage and develop a marketing team
- Partner with brokers on deal activity
- Improve workflows and execution processes
Compensation
- $140,000 to $150,000 base bonus
- Onsite, 5 days/week in Miami
- Relocation support available
Ideal Candidate
- 8–15 years of CRE marketing experience
- Brokerage environment preferred
- Strong pursuit marketing / proposal experience
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
