Sr. Desktop Engineer
Onsite in Sarasota, FL
Contract Role, 6 months with Possible Extension
Role Requirements & Candidate Profile:
- Availability: Must be local to the area and available to start immediately.
- Core Expertise: Senior-level Desktop Engineering background with strong Print Server management and Tanium patching experience. This candidate must be proficient in this area for this opening.
- Preferred Skill (Bonus): Hands-on experience with Epic Kuiper. Healthcare IT experience
- Scope: Broader enterprise desktop engineering tasks, client endpoint management, and infrastructure support.
Candidates should demonstrate working knowledge of:
- SCCM / Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Intune
- Endpoint compliance monitoring
- Application packaging
- Software deployment
- Windows feature updates
- OS patch management
- Device lifecycle management
- Asset management reporting
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
- Complex software deployments
- VDI troubleshooting
- Citrix environments
- Printer infrastructure
- Thin-client (Wyse) management
- Epic workstation readiness
- Imprivata integrations
- Browser and application automation issues
- Enterprise authentication solutions
A strong candidate should:
- Be able to independently diagnose technical issues.
