Job Overview
Our client, a national, high-growth solar energy provider based in TX that focuses on commercial and residential solar and battery energy storage projects, is looking to bring on a number of experienced Solar Installers to support their increased volume of projects across Oklahoma. This role is a full-time position with our client.
Job Responsibilities
- Travelling to project sites throughout Oklahoma
- Installing residential rooftop solar systems, including all racking, railing, and DC work
- Installing and connecting solar modules and inverters
- Installing residential battery energy storage systems
- Ensuring safety standards are met and adhered to
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- At least 3 years of experience with residential solar installations
- Experience installing Enphase and SolarEdge systems
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- The ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills
Compensation
The Solar Installer (Residential) role has an hourly wage of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus overtime.
