Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new residential and commercial business opportunities
- Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, messaging, networking, and in-person visits
- Spend time in the field meeting with potential customers and building brand awareness
- Educate customers on service value and long-term benefits rather than competing solely on price
- Manage leads and customer interactions through CRM tools
- Consistently work toward monthly sales goals
- Represent the company professionally within the community
