What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Aegis Worldwide?
Aegis is seeking a financial controller to join our client's organization. This is a direct hire ONSITE position with a company located in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experienced in the manufacturing
- Ideally 5 years of hands-on management experience of a small team – this person will have 3 direct reports, AP, AR and a Payroll/HR person
- Journal entries and closing the books each month (3-days close)
- Proficient in Cost Accounting
Nice to have:
- CPA
- Payroll experience
- Experience implementing a new ERP system (Epicor)
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
