Company Overview
The Advocate Program, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit, 501 c (3) justice agency that offers probation, diversion, community service, DUI and traffic programs, domestic violence programs, substance abuse and mental health evaluations and treatment to court-ordered individuals. It has expanded to work with juveniles and families in the juvenile justice field, families impacted by family conflict and violence, and homeless veterans and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client service utilization.
- Prepare and process billing and other contracted services.
- Quality Assurance/Improvement tasks and duties, as needed.
- Explain Program to clients and facilitate process
- Responsible for coordinating services, submitting reports.
- Responsible for file review and the development of systems such as files, quality assurance, policies and procedures, etc.
- Scheduling and monitoring quarterly meetings.
- Complete Data Entry as required by Program.
- Miscellaneous duties as determined by Supervisor.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in a fast paced team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, preferred not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
