What you’ll do:
- Manage workflows, documentation, and account openings
- Coordinate paperwork and data entry into various platforms and systems
- Track progress and follow up to keep cases moving
- Communicate with advisors, planners, and clients
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; CRM (Redtail) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
- 1 years’ experience preparing, reviewing, or submitting financial industry paperwork
- Schwab platform experience
Pay & Perks:
- $50k - $55k/year based on experience bonus potential

- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
- Occasional evenings required for client events

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
