Client Service Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare client meeting folders and help keep weekly meetings running smoothly.
- Handle follow-up tasks after meetings, including paperwork, documentation, and gathering outstanding items.
- Support new client onboarding by helping set up accounts and ensuring the process moves efficiently from start to finish.
- Speak with clients by phone to answer service questions and assist with requests in a professional, reassuring manner.
- Help with administrative tasks tied to distributions, required minimum distributions, and account servicing.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Learn the full client service and operational workflow so you can become a dependable partner to the advisor and team.
- Use systems such as Redtail, eMoney, Black Diamond, Dropbox, and Docusign to pull information, organize records, and support client service work.

- Clients feel taken care of and receive timely, thoughtful support.
- Meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up are handled accurately and efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior client service experience, ideally in financial services or another professional office environment.
- A natural problem solver who enjoys getting things done and following through.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort speaking with clients and building trust over the phone and in person.
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
- General understanding of retirement accounts such as IRAs and 401(k)s.
- A college degree is appreciated but not required.
