This role supports a growing private wealth practice that serves high-net-worth individuals, including athlete clients, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and white-glove service. The right person will help keep client service operations moving, manage a meaningful volume of financial transactions, and bring structure to important back-office workflows. It is a strong fit for someone with an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative operations background who wants to grow in a sophisticated client-service environment.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day client service operations with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Manage and track frequent money movement requests, helping ensure transactions are completed correctly and on time.
- Prepare and maintain monthly expense reporting and assist with client bill pay processes.
- Work closely with advisors and internal team members to support onboarding, billing, compliance, and service workflows.
- Take ownership of client transactions from initiation through reconciliation and help improve tracking systems where needed.
- Provide dependable team support and step in to help maintain continuity during busy periods or teammate absences.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, organization, and overall client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or a similarly detail-oriented support role is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the judgment to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Comfort working in CRM, database, and financial planning systems; experience with industry tools is a plus.
