Assistant Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical functions of the facility, including reviewing documentation, conducting rounds with physicians, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage staff, including assigning shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional care delivery
- Hold in-services and training sessions to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices
- Assist with staffing, including scheduling and recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for our residents
- Focus on quality assurance and performance improvement, identified areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the quality of care
- RN Preferred
- License in good standing in the state of MA
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
