As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative functions, programs, and activities within the facility. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality resident care through the development and management of facility personnel, fiscal resources, quality resident care, and a safe hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the facility, provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations
- Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations
- The Administrator assumes the lead role in the development of team goals within the facility
- Provides clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills
- Provides positive reinforcement or corrective action as needed in a timely fashion
- BS/AS or equivalent degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred
- 5 years related experience
- Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills
- Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment
