Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, and overseeing patient treatment plans
- Manage individualized patient care plans to ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Support residents and their families with physical and psychological support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Florida
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work every other weekend, every Friday
