Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health or behavior
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
- Participate in resident care planning and development
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Preferred: CNA/Active License
- BLS/CPR Certificate
- TB
- MMR
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
