Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This role supports the smooth daily operations of the studio by handling incoming calls, coordinating meetings, managing supplies and physical inventory, assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, organizing the design library, coordinating with vendors, greeting guests, and handling daily mail and packages.
The role includes greeting clients and visitors, and maintaining a professional, yet warm and welcoming office environment. Occasional duties may also include assisting the team at project installations, and picking up/ returning sample materials to local showrooms as needed. The Office Administrator will collaborate closely with team members to ensure administrative needs are met and deadlines are supported.
Qualifications
- Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills
- Customer service skills that support a welcoming, responsive experience for clients and visitors
- Previous experience working in a professional office setting required; additional experience in a hospitality/ customer service setting is an advantage
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, and phones
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Apple computers and common spreadsheet functions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or a related field is an advantage
- Enjoys working as part of a team, and strikes a balance between outgoing energy and professionalism
