- Engage with residents and encourage participation in programs and events
- Manage employees and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution
- Collaborate with care team to develop personalized activity plans for residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and activity data
- High school diploma required; certain certifications may be preferred
- Experience in nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related field preferred
- Job training and first aid/CPR training required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
