Executive Assistant to the CEO - Downtown Construction Firm - $100-120k
A successful General Contractor with a focus on large-scale multi-family construction projects is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their CEO.
As the Executive Assistant you will provide support with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, administrative, and organizational skills. You have the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion with highly confidential information. You can work independently on projects requiring high attention to detail, confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing and prioritizing access to the CEO.
- Coordinate all aspects of calendar management utilizing Microsoft Office, appointments, meetings, agendas and conference calls, ordering meals and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support, which includes but is not limited to creating, maintaining, and editing database, documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
- Track action items and deliverables for the executive and proactively schedule the time required to address them.
- Monitoring and addressing correspondence and preparing expense reports.
- Work with management and consultants to support and execute marketing strategy for the company and the individual properties.
- Research properties, firms, and market studies
- Draft Request for Proposals
- Prepare presentations and project fact sheets
- Manage other personal records and matters as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a significant portion supporting C-level executives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment with a CEO who is a quick decision maker.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease and maintain a calm and even-keeled demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
Salary: $100k-$120k plus benefits
