Cafe Guest Experience-
Welcomes with a friendly smile. Complete the entry transaction accurately and efficiently, while assuring security, visit with guests about new menu items and upcoming activities and directing guests for a smooth process.
- Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.
- Inputs orders on a point of sale (POS) by selecting items. Checking order for accuracy.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions about menu items and purchasing processes.
- Restocks and Communicates inventory needs.
- Discounts-Never discount guests unless authorized by managers.
- Collects payments by accepting card payments.
- Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization. Communciates with kitchen if order needs canceled.
- Maintains a clean and orderly counter, back of counter, coke machine. and cafe area.
- Restock and Complete daily Cleaning Checklist each shift. Restock Walk-in from overstock
- Remembering that cafe area cleanliness is top priority.
Weekend Availability
Elgible for Tip Share depending on Hours each week.
Salary : $12 - $12
