As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will provide direct and indirect services in acute care, inpatient, and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings. Your role will involve evaluating and treating individuals with bodily impairments and functional limitations as medically prescribed. You will employ process improvement strategies to achieve departmental goals and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
You will evaluate and treat patients whose ability to perform daily tasks is threatened or impaired, using therapeutic goal-directed activities, physical modalities, exercises, and patient education/training to facilitate adaptation, productivity, and restore or maximize functional skills and independence. This includes direct involvement with assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and documentation, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate functional progress and discharge planning.
Your expertise and experiences include providing evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques. You will establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care, including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency. You will also document accurately, completely, and timely with legible handwriting, using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policy and procedures.
Salary : $72,500 - $125,000
