We are a patient-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic built around one-on-one care. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing practice.

As a PT at Bounce Back Physical Therapy, you will work closely with our team to deliver individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with your patients, provide hands-on care, and play an important role in their recovery.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatments
- Deliver primarily one-on-one patient care, with an emphasis on quality over volume
- Develop strong relationships with patients and create a positive, encouraging treatment environment
- Perform therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions within the PT's scope of practice
- Educate patients on exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive clinic culture
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
