Pay: $31.41/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace equipment, piping, and plumbing systems per manufacturer specifications and standards.
- Maintain and repair drain lines, water systems, boilers, filters, fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals), heaters, and softeners.
- Perform site visits, surveys, and condition assessments to support cost estimates and project planning.
- Prepare labor/material take-offs, service documentation, timesheets, expense reports, and logs.
- Participate in safety training, on-call service rotation, and proper maintenance of tools and vehicles.
- High school diploma or GED plus completion of a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
- 5 years of plumbing service and remodel experience.
- Valid driver’s license and state/jurisdiction Journeyman License required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specification manuals; strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Skilled in basic math, technical problem-solving, and preparing service reports.
- Strong communication skills to understand instructions and interact effectively with supervisors and customers.
