Warranty Analyst (Contract)
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: Up to $29.34/hour
Duration: 6-Month Project
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to support a high-volume automotive warranty program. This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, returns processing, customer support, reporting, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) using internal company systems.
- Monitor, track, and document incorrect or incomplete product returns.
- Communicate with field teams regarding return discrepancies and required corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recipients of campaign and warranty-related parts.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of return and warranty issues.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement process improvements.
- Provide professional written communication and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warranty administration, returns processing, customer service, logistics, inventory control, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to compose professional, grammatically correct emails.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
