Machine Operator (Contract)
Location: Nashua, NH
Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support printed circuit board (PCB) production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract position is ideal for candidates with electronics manufacturing, PCB processing, or chemical processing experience who enjoy hands-on work and attention to detail.
Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 12-hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used to develop, etch, strip, and bond printed circuit boards.
- Follow production documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Handle chemicals safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous process improvement efforts.
- Cross-train in additional manufacturing departments as needed.
- Support overtime and alternate shift coverage when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, production, or PCB experience preferred; 2 years of PCB experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or chemical processing environments preferred.
