Compensation
- Hourly pay (rate based on experience)
- $175/day per diem

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site structural engineering support during construction
- Interface directly with clients, contractors, and field teams
- Review and resolve field conditions and structural issues
- Support installation of structural systems and components
- Coordinate with design and project engineering teams
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and codes
- Document field conditions and support reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Structural engineering experience (industrial or heavy commercial preferred)
- Comfortable in a field / construction environment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work on-site in Childress, TX
- Travel or site presence required
