Pay: $25.00 /hour

We are seeking experienced Warranty Prior Approval Analysts to support dealer warranty authorization and claims review activities. This is an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals with diagnostic, repair, or service writing experience who are looking to leverage their technical expertise in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve interior and exterior warranty repair requests submitted by dealership service departments.


• Respond promptly to technical assistance inquiries with accurate and professional guidance.


• Collaborate with service managers, service advisors, technicians, and internal teams through phone, email, and online systems.


• Evaluate warranty claims and make authorization decisions in accordance with established warranty policies and procedures.


• Create and maintain clear, accurate service communications to support issue resolution and customer satisfaction.


• Document findings and recommendations while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Automotive diagnostic and repair experience, or service writer/advisor experience.


• ASE certifications preferred.


• Strong computer proficiency and written communication skills.


• Ability to analyze technical information and make sound decisions.


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
