Document Control Specialist - (Construction)

We're hiring a Document Control Specialist to manage drawing packages, submittals, and RFIs within Autodesk Construction Cloud. You'll work alongside a fellow specialist to keep filing standards consistent, help engineers and designers store documents correctly, and ensure metadata is accurate for fast, reliable retrieval. This is a chance to help build our documentation strategy and set the roadmap for a more comprehensive program.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)
Maintain and process drawing packages
Catalog and track submittals and RFIs
Support engineers and designers with correct document storage
Develop and deliver training on best practices for managing project files
Ensure metadata accuracy across the platform
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with large-scale construction projects
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in document control systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred; other industry platforms accepted)
- Knowledge of industry-standard naming conventions and data management for versioning and retrieval
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ACC and/or Procore
- Experience leading a documentation team
- Ability to structure large volumes of project files (drawings, RFIs, specifications)
- Understanding of cloud data security and user permissions in collaborative environments
