Title: Soldering Assembler

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
SUMMARY The Hand Solderer is a mid-level role responsible for performing a variety of soldering operations on PCBAs, including both SMT and thru-hole components, with minimal supervision. This role requires demonstrated soldering skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic issues, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
Perform soldering of SMT and thru-hole components at IPC Class 2 standards with minimal supervision.
* Support PCBA assembly, rework, and troubleshooting of moderate complexity.
* Conduct inspections, identify defects, and correct issues independently.
* Maintain production records, quality logs, and ensure adherence to build documentation.
* Participate in rework processes.
* Collaborate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
* Escalate issues to senior solderers or supervisors for troubleshooting when needed.
