Skilled Maintenance Mechanic | Fortune 500 Company
Location: Littleton, MA
Schedule: (2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) (flexible for overtime as needed)
Pay: $32 - 35/hour Overtime Opportunities (shift differential on all shifts)
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Skilled Maintenance Mechanic and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment, while supporting equipment setup, installation, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to production line calls and mechanical issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, set up, and test new machinery and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work independently to resolve mechanical issues in a high-demand environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
