Shift: 2nd | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | Overtime required; some Saturdays expected

What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to production line calls and mechanical issues
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Install, set up, and test new machinery
- Support continuous improvement of equipment performance
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Work independently to resolve issues in a high-demand environment
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with high-speed automation equipment required
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery
- Ability to work independently and self-manage in a demanding setting
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
