Pay: $30 - $34 per hour

Schedule: 4 10s (Monday - Thursday) 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Build, refurbish, rebuild, and repair circuit breakers, contactors, grounding devices, and other switchgear


• Test equipment per IEEE/ANSI and company standards using tools such as Megger, Hi-Pot, multimeter, and injection sets


• Perform electrical and mechanical upgrades on customer equipment (e.g., control voltage changes, current rating upgrades, under-voltage or second-trip device installation)


• Provide remote technical support for internal teams and external customers


• Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams


• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment


• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with low/medium voltage breakers (480V to 25kV)


• Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical systems, and electrical test equipment


• Strong understanding of electrical theory, safety standards, and industrial applications


• PEARL certification a plus

• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Comfortable with shop and field environments, potentially including travel


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards
