Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour or about $141,000 a year
Travel: Approximately 15%

Position Summar
yThe Manager, Business Process Excellence plays a key role in developing, standardizing, and strengthening the Operations operating model and process frameworks that support the organization's integrated management system
.This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHSS, to establish process architecture, drive process standardization, improve operational performance, and implement governance frameworks. Leveraging Business Process Management (BPM) best practices and industry-standard methodologies, the Manager will help create a scalable and sustainable process management culture across the organization
