Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for seasoned Business to Business (B2B) Professionals who have at least 2-3 years of B2B calling and selling experience preferably within the Nutraceutical Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Experience using CRM tools is beneficial
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferably
Responsibilities

- A Sharp selling ability in the Business to Business (B2B) environment
- An understanding of the selling process in this profession
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities in multiple platforms
- Identify customer's buying trends, opportunities, market feedback, and provide reports to the management
- Serve as the first point of contact to qualify initial customer inquiries
- Assign, process reassign or accelerate marketing qualified leads to support best in class customer experience
