Job Requirements:
- Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Supervise the review and approval of batch records, specifications, and test results for raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain the documentation of all quality-related activities, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.
- Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives, including process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Approving raw materials and finished goods for shipment.
- And other assigned tasks.
Key expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within the US dietary supplement manufacturing , nutraceuticals, or pharma manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), particularly for dietary supplements, and how to implement and maintain compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving quality issues.

Pay: $48,802.91 - $78,773.40 per year
