- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to assess product dimensions.
- Analyze inspection data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including HACCP plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
