Temporary Deep Cleaning Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and trustworthy individual to perform a comprehensive deep clean of a private residence in Braidwood. This is a temporary role focused on restoring the home to a pristine condition through detailed, high-level sanitation and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Deep Clean: Degreasing the stovetop and oven, cleaning inside the refrigerator/freezer, scrubbing backsplashes, and disinfecting all cabinetry.
• Bathroom Restoration: Intensive scrubbing of tile, grout, and fixtures to remove any mineral buildup or soap scum.
• Living Area Care: Deep vacuuming under and behind furniture, dusting baseboards, and wiping down crown molding and light fixtures.
• Detailed Dusting: Hand-wiping blinds, ceiling fans, and delicate surfaces; removing cobwebs from high corners.
• Floor & Window Care: Mop and polish hard floors; clean interior window glass, tracks, and sills.
• Organizing: Assisting with the reorganization of specific areas (closets or pantries) if requested.

Requirements

• Private Home Experience: Previous experience cleaning residential properties with a high level of care for personal belongings.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to "the little things" like cleaning door tracks, vents, and behind appliances.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with bending, kneeling, and reaching high areas for several hours.
• Trustworthy & Reliable: Must have a professional demeanor and dependable transportation to the Braidwood area.
• Supplies: Please indicate if you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment or if you require them to be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with move-in/move-out residential standards.
• Knowledge of specialty surface care (e.g., stainless steel, hardwood, or natural stone).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
