This is a foundational Sales Ops role, not a maintenance job.
As Sales Operations Manager, youβll own the systems, processes, and data that power AdsGency AIβs go-to-market engine. Youβll work directly with founders, sales leaders, and RevOps to design how we track pipeline, forecast revenue, run outbound, and scale GTM execution.

- Own and optimize the CRM and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, sequencing tools, etc.)
- Design and maintain clean pipeline stages, deal flows, and data hygiene
- Implement automation to reduce manual work across sales and outbound
- Build dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecasts
- Partner with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy and predictability
- Analyze performance by segment, rep, channel, and vertical to surface insights
- Define and iterate on lead routing, qualification rules, SLAs, and handoffs
- Support outbound experimentation: sequences, ICPs, messaging, and channels
- Help standardize sales playbooks and operating cadence
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to align GTM motion
- Ensure feedback loops from sales β product β founders are structured and actionable
- Support onboarding and ramp of new GTM hires
- Assist with pricing analysis, comp plan modeling, and territory design
- Support investor reporting and board-level GTM metrics
- Be a thought partner on how AdsGency scales revenue from 0β1β10
β 3β7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics
β Hands-on experience owning CRM systems and sales tooling
β Strong analytical skills β youβre comfortable with data, metrics, and modeling
β Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions, especially outbound
β Ability to design processes that scale, not just patch problems
β Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams
β High ownership mindset and comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
β¨ Experience in AI, SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
π Experience building GTM systems at an early-stage startup
βοΈ Familiarity with usage-based pricing or product-led signals
π Experience supporting AE BDR hybrid motions
