AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising.
Our platform uses LLM-powered agents to autonomously launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more β without human marketers in the loop.

This is a true full-cycle AE role, not a βclose inbound leadsβ job.
As a Founding AE, youβll own deals from first touch to close, working directly with founders to define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion. Youβll help turn early traction into repeatable revenue.

- Own the full sales cycle: prospect β discovery β demo β close
- Work both outbound and inbound opportunities
- Run consultative discovery to understand customersβ ad workflows
- Close mid-market and enterprise deals
- Help define ICPs, qualification criteria, and deal stages
- Iterate on pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Build early sales playbooks alongside founders and RevOps
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
- Collaborate with SDRs, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve conversion
- Support onboarding and enablement as the sales team grows
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
- Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Use data, not excuses, to improve performance
β 3β7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
β Proven ability to close outbound-led deals
β Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
β Comfort selling complex or technical products
β Bias for action and ownership β no hand-holding
β Thrives in high-speed, high-accountability environments
β¨ Experience in AI, AdTech, or MarTech
π Early-stage startup or founder-led sales experience
βοΈ Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok ecosystems
