🎯 The Role β€” Founding Account Executive


This is a true full-cycle AE role, not a β€œclose inbound leads” job.


As a Founding AE, you’ll own deals from first touch to close, working directly with founders to define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion. You’ll help turn early traction into repeatable revenue.

🧲 Pipeline & Closing


  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect β†’ discovery β†’ demo β†’ close
  • Work both outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Run consultative discovery to understand customers’ ad workflows
  • Close mid-market and enterprise deals



βš™οΈ Sales Motion & Playbooks


  • Help define ICPs, qualification criteria, and deal stages
  • Iterate on pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Build early sales playbooks alongside founders and RevOps



🀝 Cross-Functional Execution


  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve conversion
  • Support onboarding and enablement as the sales team grows

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
  • Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Use data, not excuses, to improve performance

βœ… 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

βœ… Proven ability to close outbound-led deals

βœ… Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
