Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with a growing financial services organization to identify a Treasury Operations Analyst to join their team in Irvine, CA. This position will support daily treasury and payment operations while also assisting with accounts payable administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, treasury, finance operations, or payment processing environments and will be looking for a long-term opportunity with career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily treasury operations and cash movement activities
- Prepare and process wire transfers, ACH payments, and related banking transactions
- Assist with vendor payment processing, payment verification, and approval tracking
- Maintain accurate payment records, supporting documentation, and audit trails
- Monitor employee expense activity and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely payment processing
- Assist with account reconciliations and investigate transaction discrepancies as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives and system implementations
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, accounts payable, accounting, or finance operations
- Experience processing wires, ACH transactions, or other electronic payments preferred
- Prior experience within financial services, lending, real estate finance, private credit, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Experience using AP or expense management platforms such as Ramp, Expensify, Concur, Bill.com, or similar systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
