Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate funding and settlements of new loans from warehouse banks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills with high attention to detail in order to support the department in daily warehouse and corporate banking activity and balance reconciliation.
Responsibilities
The minimum starting base salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Work Location:
This position is remote (within the United States) OR in office (Irvine, CA) for candidates that reside within 30 miles of the corporate facility.
Work Authorization
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Funding Operations to fund loans on warehouse lines.
- Perform in depth analysis on warehouse line funding.
- Work with warehouse banks and investors in settling loans.
- Report creation and building to completion.
- Ensure reconciliation of all funding/settlements/accounts.
- Create and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Treasury activities.
- Perform wire desk duties including daily reconciliation.
- Ad Hoc reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years Mortgage experience and loan life cycle knowledge is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Have a team mentality when it comes to working with departments such as Funding Operations, Secondary, Post Closing, and Accounting.
- Open minded to change and constant improvements to processes.
- Strong analytical skills with an excellent math aptitude for planning, prioritization, and detailed oriented skills.
- Effective time management skills coupled with the ability to follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, and drive results.
- Emphasis on MS Office, specifically strong excel skills required including V-lookup, pivot tables, If/And statements, nested formulas.
- Comfortable using different software systems.
- Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with leaders, colleagues, and vendors.
- Work well in a fast-paced dynamic department.
- Ability to multitask.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Workday hours may be scheduled on a rotating basis between 6am to 5pm PST Monday to Friday to ensure adequate nationwide coverage.
