- Review and analyze title reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Evaluate date-down endorsements from title providers
- Review affidavits of authority for completeness and accuracy
- Examine chain of title records with emphasis on assignment accuracy
- Research and review bankruptcy filings as needed
- Interpret parcel maps and property documentation
- Work with mortgage-related documents including loan files and appraisals
- Maintain and update tracking information using Excel
- Communicate within multiple client platforms and systems
- Identify and resolve title-related issues independently
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and phone support
