Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate coding, and account maintenance
- Research customer deductions and payment discrepancies while partnering with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues
- Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and other month-end accounting support functions
- Maintain financial records within Acumatica and support accurate reporting across customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain account accuracy, and support overall accounting operations
- Experience with Acumatica (highly preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
