Responsibilities
- Process AR invoices and assist with collections efforts to support backlog cleanup
- Oversee daily cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including chargebacks and unusual transactions
- Support sales tax filings and assist with audit-related activities
- Reconcile accounts and ensure alignment with general ledger balances
- Utilize NetSuite and Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues
- 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash management, or related accounting functions
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Understanding of GAAP principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
- Ability to manage high-volume work, multitask, and adapt in a changing environment
