Recruiter (Entry Level)

Recruiter, promotion to Business Development within 2-6 months.

The Recruiter is primarily responsible for prospecting new candidates for the division for which they are hired. Recruiters must be able to identify and network with prospective job seekers and develop matching strategies for open client positions. The Recruiter partners with Business Development Managers to fulfill the requirements of each client need by matching candidate profiles with in-depth job descriptions. A successful early recruiter will promote to Business Development within 2-6 months.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter:

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers through creative matching strategies, including the use of our internal database, job boards, and social networking
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship driven calls and meetings
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations

What you'll do as a Business Development Manager:

• Drive new business by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.
• Partner with recruiters to align top talent with client needs.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and deliver results that exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Four-year degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of professional work experience preferably in sales environments
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to connect with others
• Competitive spirit

Compensation:

• Base salary of $50,000 DOE plus uncapped commission plus bonus
• Increase to $55,000 within 2-6 months upon promotion to Business Development
• Year 1 total on target earnings of $~75,000
