Senior Strategy Analyst
The Role
This is not a static reporting job. If you are looking for a role where you generate the same reports or build the same models every week and call it analysis, this is not it.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about data - someone who looks at a number and asks why, notices when something feels off, and does not stop at the surface. You will work inside a Strategy team that uses data to make real business decisions, and your job is to make sure those decisions are built on a solid foundation.
If you have spent 3 to 5 years in consulting, internal strategy, or a business analyst role and you are the kind of person who gets bothered by bad data, this is worth your time.
What You Will do
- Dig into business data to understand what it is actually saying - not just what it shows on the surface
- Ask the questions others miss; spot inconsistencies, flag gaps, and push for clarity before findings reach leadership
- Support strategic projects by structuring and analyzing data from across the business
- Tackle ambiguous, one-off questions - market sizing, investment assumptions, cross-business comparisons - where there is no ready-made answer
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership a reliable view of performance
- Work closely with Finance and other teams to make sure the numbers everyone is working from are clean and trustworthy
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, internal strategy, FP&A, or a business analyst role - consulting backgrounds at the analyst or associate level are a strong fit
- Strong Excel skills; you are comfortable building and navigating complex models without guidance
- Genuinely good at math and comfortable working through quantitative problems
- An inquisitive mindset - you ask thoughtful questions, you notice things, and you follow the thread
- Ability to work through ambiguity and make progress even when the path is not clearly defined
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
