In addition, the role supports financial planning activities by contributing to operating budgets and evaluating investment needs related to equipment and process improvements. Ensuring adherence to internal standards, procedures, and policies is a critical component of this position.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production performance, identifying deviations, and initiating appropriate corrective actions. The role also emphasizes maintaining a safe working environment and reinforcing compliance with established safety practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within manufacturing, operations, or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of core business principles such as planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Familiarity with production systems, equipment, and operational processes
- Working knowledge of safety, quality, inventory, and productivity standards
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and systems
- Ability to lead teams effectively, foster accountability, and drive results
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience in operations or manufacturing
- Experience with structured process improvement methodologies in a production setting
