Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders
- Initiate welcome calls/emails to set expectations and confirm order details
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Work with vendors to manage component sourcing, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Handle part substitutions and address any issues that arise with product availability
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Follow up with customers post-shipment to ensure satisfaction
- Support the team with general administrative and customer support tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the order process
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Work Setting: 100% onsite
