Role: Accounts Payable Coordinator Contract

Hiring Type: Temporary/ Indefinite Contract

Location: Arlington VA (Crystal City Metro)

Office Schedule: In office 2 x week

Pay: $25 - $30 / Hour

Our clients, an extremely prestigious Non-Profit is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist/ Accounting Coordinator or a 3-month contract to cover for a mat leave. his role sets up vendors for entire company & does AP for Administrative Division-Corporate/Back Office

Requirements

• 3 years of full cycle AP experience in the United Sates
• Extensive Vendor setup and maintenance
• Comfortable with excel, manipulating

• Reconcile, process and remit payment for ASTRO’s corporate credit card account
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable workflows within Concur.
• Processed employee reimbursement and Amex credit card expenses using concur.
• Routed invoices for approval using appropriate approval systems.
• Conducted monthly expense report audits for review and reported all exceptions to management with resolution to employees.
• Processing of Amex expense reports/ travel and expense reports using the SAP concur software
• Assist with the processing of the annual 1099s.
• Responsible for reviewing coding to ensure it is accurate taking into consideration proper period, whether it is an expense, a prepaid or a fixed asse
