Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processing for roughly 400 employees across multiple California locations.
- Process payroll for a combination of hourly and salaried employees with varying schedules, shift differentials, overtime calculations, and multi-location payroll complexities.
- Research and stay current with California payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting & Finance teams during system implementation and transition period.
- 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-site or high-volume environment.
- Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos or similar payroll/timekeeping systems strongly preferred.
- Exposure to payroll implementations, system conversions, or ERP/accounting system transitions is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $40 - $50
